All Zuma Nutrition products are shipped within 1-3 business days out of California, United States.
Shipping to the US is calculated at checkout for orders all orders and shipped via USPS or UPS (whichever is more appropriate for your shipping location).
We guarantee the order will be delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout. If an order is successfully delivered, and the tracking states that the order delivery was successful, responsibility is on customer to locate the shipment at their address. We will not issue replacement orders for successful deliveries.
International shipping is managed by a third party logistics company known as APC. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of your order and all duties and taxes are shown during the checkout process. There is no hidden fees beyond what you see at checkout.

Return Policy:
You will receive a full refund when you send back any unopened product within 30 days of your order.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product. We do not issue refunds or store credit past 30 days.

Subscription Cancellation Policy:
Zuma Nutrition customers are able to access their subscription portal after signing up for a subscription 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. The login portal is emailed to you after signing up for a subscription. We also give a notification email to you 3 days before your subscription processes the next month. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the customer subscription portal. Customer service representatives are also available to cancel subscriptions for customers.
Once a subscription processes, we can cancel the subscription and issue a full refund prior to the order shipping. However, once a subscription order ships, an order will be treated with our standard return policy.
