Green Tea for Yeast Infection? Good or Bad?

A yeast infection is a fungal infection most commonly caused by Candida albicans. It typically forms on the skin or mucous membranes. Candida is a yeast species, a single-celled fungus naturally existing on and inside the human body.

However, green tea does not appear to be as effective as other antifungal alternatives for treating Candida infections in the gut. Nevertheless, green tea may still be supportive of other Candida treatments.
